123Employee was founded in 2004 to meet the needs of small and medium sized businesses. Our board believed that the outsourcing trend should not only benefit Fortune 500 companies. We set out to create a company that, would make outsourcing affordable to all business irregardless of size. We have succeeded! We chose the Philippines as our target destination for our services because of the language stills, light accent and affinity for American culture. We create opportunities for people while helping businesses increase productivity and lower their expenses. Our clients are growing their businesses and hiring more U.S.-Based employees as a result.
