   Underestimating the resourcefulness of these outsourcing countries would be a mistake; I have tried it before and proud to say that they are as good, if not better than most college grads in the US.

   The advantage of outsourcing definitely outweighs the disadvantages, and if you ask me, I would do it again and again.

    The problem with outsourcing as far as I can see is that it creates more jobless people for us here in industrialized countries

    I agree 100% with you Daven. After living in Malaysia for almost two years, I can tell that the people are organized and very willing to move ahead; I am sure this country would be a serious contender in the outsourcing market in the near future
