This contents are highly true as the BPO industry in the Philippines is at the peak of its success and the Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) is doing its best to keep it that way. Keeping the country’s pedestal in providing outsourcing solutions should not be hard thanks to the hard working, flexible and skillful workforce Philippines has to offer.
