Researching emerging tech trends is vital to your online business success. As a business owner it can be very costly to use American labor to do these important research tasks, but outsourcing can be the answer you have been looking for.
Outsourcing this kind of time consuming labor to an overseas rep firm can make a huge difference in whether your online business is utilizing powerful strategies of marketing. * Ebay no longer allows selling of digital products. Are there any alternatives?
* There are over 10,000 social networking sites. You need to be on at least 10. Which ones are a waste of time?
* There is a search engine that has taken over Yahoo as the second most used engine except Google. Do you know what it is?

Social networks such as Facebook and LinkedIn are great ways to drive traffic to your websites. These free and easy to use services can build brand awareness and put your products and online business in front of the eyes of the world. Building a network of interested prospects through social media can be a bit time consuming, that is where outsourcing can help.
Your company can represent itself in very powerful ways through the use of social media. Videos, blogging and building networking groups will deliver a multimedia approach to showing your business. Social profiles can reveal anything about your company that builds brand awareness, staff bios and satisfied customers. Clickable links in social profiles are the key to driving traffic to your websites. Most social profiles provide an opportunity to leave a multitude of outbound links that
can give your website not only targeted traffic, but a boost in search engine rankings. Using the power of big networking sites, you can easily get a social profile to the top of a search engine page long before you could get a major company website to the top.
Outsourcing is the solution to this part of your Internet marketing strategies. For as little as $5.00 an hour, reps can create and manage all of your social networking needs. This can be one of the least inexpensive, yet effective marketing tools available today. 60% of people online actively search blogs, videos and social sites for research and information. Social networking provides these tools to help drive a traffic tidalwave to any part of your website that you desire: opt-in pages, sales letters and product pages. Instead of doing this work yourself, hire a Internet marketing trained, overseas staff to maintain this powerful strategy for you. Do your research. Find out if outsourcing is the solution your business needs!

I know this is probably a difficult time in the economy to talk about growing or expanding your business. But opportunities abound that may make it the perfect time to invest in yourself. In a tough economy, businesses that are below par in their streamlining and customer service will be weeded out. This leaves an open opportunity to grab market share for companies that can and ways to cut costs, offer additional services and find new avenues of exposure.
Outsourcing can offer all of these economy busting strategies that your business will need to stay on top of your competition. This is the perfect time to look at offering additional services to your clients. As your competition reduces services because of the weakened economy, you can use an outsourcing firm to expand your offerings for a very limited amount of investment. This is also the perfect time to start expanding your company’s image and exposure to the
world by utilizing the Internet. Social media, video marketing and Internet advertising can give your company the boost it needs to attract new customers and increase brand awareness. The right outsourcing firm can help partner with your needs and grow your brand beyond anything you have had access to for as
little as $5.00 an hour.
If you could cut costs by half, double your productivity and create new channels of exposure to the world, what could that mean for your business? Wouldn’t that create new opportunities for growth? This is not the time for cutting back on services. This is the time to step up your company image and offer your customers the quality services that they have come to expect. Outsourcing, more than ever, is the solution to staying afloat in a weakened economy. When you start to research outsourcing solutions, you’ll see it is the only viable answer to your needs.

We’ve discussed a lot of issues in regard to how outsourcing can save your business money. Reducing labor costs and increasing productivity is just a start. But today, I would like to address cultural issues of working with a particular country when searching for potential overseas reps. India, Asia and even Africa have gotten into the outsourcing game as it becomes easier for these countries to access the Internet and local communication and infrastructure improves. But that is not the final picture when working with outsourced reps.
Cultures vary greatly in emerging markets such as Asia. It may be difficult to research just what kinds of work ethics, holidays and marketing understanding a particular culture may have. It is best and easiest on you to work with a culture that is as similar to an American society as it can get. The Phillipines has a structure very similar to the US in terms of their government, work ethics and technological understanding. Many workers in the Phillipines speak English quite fluently and have visited the US or may have even gone to school here. They are familiar with the American way of doing things and many companies emulate the US vision of commerce.
Some cultures are so different from ours that a number of problems can arise for an American company looking to outsource. Communication can be very touchy in places such as Asia where it may be easy to offend one of your reps. Ways to communicate in the US would not fly in many Asian cultures and who wants to offend their workers? Researching these differences could take forever. Other factors such as religious practices, the threat of terrorism and even privacy laws and the court systems can create a major headache for businesses interested in outsourcing. Business conduct, greetings, forms of address, gestures, value systems and punctuality vary widely around the globe. Choosing a culture that may be more familiar to our way of life will create a easier situation when it’s time to make your decision.

The Internet is changing everyday…and fast! It’s hard to keep up with all the changes that take place daily that could benefit your business online. Recent changes include what is called “social media.” This is the new power of the Internet and it can deliver the message of your business more quickly and completely than typical media outlets of the past. And with this new media is the opportunity to create a presence online with lightening speed with virtually no cost. The costs relative to social media are the training and labor to implement the tasks. Outsourcing then becomes the perfect solution.
Consider these costs. Online video can put your business in front of the eyes of millions of potential prospects for almost nothing. Video hosting on YouTube, Facebook and other social sites is free. How much would you spend inprint ads to get the same exposure? The training to learn to execute these tasks properly can be expensive. But what if an outsourced rep already had these skills? And since this social media can be accessed through the Internet, any employee with a computer could get the job done. Why pay for expensive American labor when an outsourced rep can do the same work for half the price?
Half a billion people are part of some social network or another. They access these sites everyday. They search for information, build relationships and partake in online commerce to the tune of over $200 billion a year. Is your business a part of this growing trend? If not, you may be left far behind. Outsourcing with Internet savvy assistants can help skyrocket the sales of your business. You need to find any and every avenue available to compete in this tough economy. And you need to save money doing it.
Demystify this online process by hiring an overseas rep trained in social media. Use the power of videos, MP3’s, blogging and relationship building to grow your company image and take advantage of the Internet as a worldwide marketing tool. Ecommerce is the future. You need to be a part of it. Help is available to make your business the best it can be, you just have to know where to look.

An outsourcing affiliate program is a great way to create a real income for you and your business. But not all affiliate programs are alike nor are all outsourcing companies alike. The proper combination of company and program and the proper education of yourself, the program associate, will guarantee success. Remember, you are the salesman, but the company needs to provide the proper tools to help along the way.
A good affiliate program will help educate the associate with tips and techniques that the associate can use on websites, articles or even speaking engagements to insure that a dialog opens up between you and your prospects. If your prospects have questions about the service, which they always will, has the affiliate program provided the answers and availablity to make the sale?
A good affiliate program will provide basic training in what you can do to increase conversions, places you could push the program to interested parties and even provide links and graphics that can be included in websites or email marketing strategies. Remember…you are a team with your affiliate partners. They should try just as hard as you do to create sales.
Commissions should be fair and easily understandable. They should have a two tier structure so when your customers recommend the program to their prospects, you still get a commission. That encourages a recommend structure far down the line and creates the possibility of greater income. Look for affiliate programs with a commission above 20% and recurring billing commissions when possible.
Outsourcing is one of best affiliate programs for a couple of reasons. Not only is it a growing trend because of the economy, it is a service that you can use yourself to grow your business while seriously cutting costs. Recommending the affiliate program to just a couple of customers means that you can use the service at no cost you! Imagine doubling productivity, cutting your bottom line and not paying for employees.
