I want to chat with you for a moment about a great vehicle for building your business and that is speaking publicly. You know 95% of all people do not feel comfortable speaking publicly and that is why only 5% do incredibly well speaking publicly. But you know actually its the highest paid profession. It is my honor that I actually get a chance to travel all over the world and speak that is why I am coming to you today from Kiev. It is amazing it has changed my life it has changed our business. The face of our business is totally changed. We have been able to have triple digit annual growth and a lot of it has to do with the fact that I am the spokesperson for the company travelling all over the world. So if you are interested in speaking or maybe you are doing it currently or maybe you are interested and you are scared crazy. I wont say the word. What I want to do is I want to encourage you to do it. If you are not currently doing it if you want to do it go for it! Speaking publicly is incredible. It is so gratifying I love it. I mean when I see peoples eyes light up and they get it. It is just amazing to me. For me I always wanted to travel to teach to inspire to make a difference and now I actually get to do it. Ok so what is the point of this video? Well did you know that an Outsource Virtual Assistant can get you regular speaking gigs? That is how we do it at 123Employee. That is why I am booked on stages all over the world cause my virtual assistants they call out. I tell them the type of businesses or groups that I want to speak to the associations and so on so forth. They schedule the appointments with my US assistant and then my US assistants time is spent only on cash calls. Speaking to people about booking me live and then I travel out and do the event. Today we are going to talk to you about social marketing social media but today we are calling it social network. Social networking social networking! We want to make a distinction. When you use the word social media now it is too expansive not descriptive so when we talk about social networking which is basically Facebook LinkedIn and Twitter. That is right! When you are travelling all over the world make sure to put these pictures up on Facebook LinkedIn Twitter MySpace all of them. Put them on the social media outlets and by the way we have some tools to contact all of something like 86 social media outlets. Use your VA your virtual assistant to put your content all over on the key social networks. Yeah so at the same time you are travelling you are having fun but you are getting the word out which equates to more dollars and more fun! Hey there! Daven Michaels founder of 123Employee the premiere outsourcing center of the Philippines. Today I’m coming to you from the party capital of Europe. That is right I am in Ibiza in Spain. And I am often asked what is the best shopping cart solution? What is the best shopping cart solution? I will tell you there are a few out there and I have put some links in this email just to let you know and I change them up from time to time. So I tell you what my favourites are now and if you see some different links in this email then you know that I have made some updates. I really have three that are my favorites. Thats Infusionsoft, Inovo and 1ShoppingCart. I will give you the pros and cons and tell you what it is about them. The big daddy of all of them is Infusionsoft. We use infusion and it is a great platform. If you have a decent size business you probably want to be using it. It is the most robust but it is costly it is costly. It can be around anywhere from a few hundred to five hundred dollars a month. Once you start getting a big list it can even push you know six seven seven hundred. But it is worthwhile if you have a business that warrants that. If you need to do all kinds of trick things it is a great program to use. It didnt use to be so great it has gotten really awesome over the last couple of years. We are very pleased with Infusionsoft. If you have sort of a mid size business and you want to keep your budget down for around a hundred to a hundred and thirty a month you can use 1ShoppingCart. We were on 1ShoppingCart for many years. We are very pleased with 1Shopping. And what is cool is it can grow with you. So at first if you just want to build the list you can just use it for list functions and it is around thirty forty dollars a month. Then if you want to start taking money then it is another thirty forty a month so then you are up in the sixty seventy dollar range. And then if you want to start an affiliate program it goes up another thirty dollars a month and then it is around a hundred dollars a month. And then if you want full time support that is another twenty thirty dollars a month. And that is about it very inexpensive. Not as robust as Infusionsoft but honestly it will do just about everything you want at a fraction of the price. It is a little over a hundred for that hundred to a hundred thirty a month. Lets see also my very favorite that is coming up that is really going to be a big game changer it is called Inovo. You may or may not see a link in here. Inovo is big in Eastern Europe the biggest! But now they are just getting going in the US. So if you see a link that means that they are up and running and if you dont then they are not quite ready for you yet. But it is going to be awesome. It is probably around a couple of hundred bucks a month and in some respects more robust than Infusionsoft. Really amazing amazing architecture. So that is pretty cool. Now if you are just building a list and you dont need to take any money in then you can use AWeber. AWeber works fine and that is about thirty bucks a month. You can also use Constant Contact and these are good too. Then later as you grow you can export your list out of those. But for me if I was just getting going I would start with 1ShoppingCart. It will grow with you. If you have been around for a while and you are looking you can take it to the next level Infusionsoft. Okay well there it is. There is the information on shopping carts. Today Im coming to you obviously from Paris France. Behind me is the Eiffel tower and this is going to be the first of a two part series where we talk more about affiliate marketing specifically how to create and run an affiliate program for your business so you can generate more money and it wont cost you money. Its a great way to go. We have been fortunate to have been able to generate millions of dollars from our affiliate program and Im going to give you some tips and show you how you can do the same for yourself as well. Step one we are going to talk about setting up an affiliate program. Now my guess is if you are watching this video the odds are you do not have an affiliate program. Most people we polled we know that they want one but they do not have one. There are basically three ways you can set up an affiliate program. One is you can do it internally and track everything yourself. This would be suicide it wont work these days because your affiliates will want to track their progress. They will want to be able to see how many leads they sent you their EPC the amount of money they are generating per lead. They are going to want to track their payment and so on and so forth. So step one or option one wont work. Option two is using a shopping cart system. There are a myriad of different options out there. My favorite three are One Shopping Cart Infusionsoft and there is a new frontrunner called iNovo. And I will put some resource links below you can check them out. They are all good. Now you can set up yourself or 123Employee Virtual Assistant can do it for you. Either way it is not too tough to do and you will get that program up and running. Now your third option is joining an affiliate network. A good example of an affiliate network is the biggest network in the world which is ClickBank. Its the biggest affiliate network in the world thats great for low price offers. We have used them before but we are not exclusive to ClickBank. Tell you a little story when I first got started I was very confused as to how to start an affiliate program. I really did not know much about it. I remember I think I went to an affiliate conference in Vegas and that even got me more confused. But what I came away with in that conference was that you have to join a big affiliate network so that the big affiliates know and trust that network and they will work with you. I did not do that I actually ended up using a shopping cart system and its worked out fine for us. Like I said we generate a ton of money and we got great results and you can too. So you do not have to join an affiliate network. I would suggest using the second option which is a shopping cart system. So the choice is up to you. You will see some resources below. Step one is just set up your affiliate program. You have got to do it take that first step so you have one. Now I will tell you I have many many friends that have started affiliate programs for their company. They have hundreds if not thousands of affiliates and they have generated almost zero dollars from it. Yet we have had massive success so in part two of this video which we will show you next week I will share with you some hot tips on how to super charge your results so that you can actually generate a ton of money from your affiliate program. Now there are different types of websites there is your standard website that has tabs across the top Home FAQ About Us so on so forth and then there are Sales Pages. Sales Pages are websites that sell. So what is a sales page? Well a sales page is generally a long copy page and it basically goes down down down. You have seen it before. It is one long page and there are videos and there are testimonials and audios and all kinds of things. And it goes way way down to the very bottom. And what is at the very bottom? There is a button. And what does that button say? It says buy doesnt it? What do you do? You click on buy dont you? And that is a sales page that sells. If you do not have a sales page you are probably not moving a lot of product. And you need a sales page to sell lots of product. And at 123Employee we can create those sales pages for you. It is not too tough we have templates of sales pages that we use. We can actually create these sales pages for you. So if you do not have a sales page we recommend that you get one right away.
